Returns, Exchanges, Refunds & Cancellation Policy

1. Custom Orders

  • All custom-made or made-to-order products (“Custom Orders”) are final and non-cancellable once confirmed.
  • Custom Orders are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund under any circumstances due to their personalized nature.

2. Regular Orders (Non-Custom)

2.1 Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled within 72 hours of placement.
  • Approved cancellations will incur a 10% deduction from the total order value.
  • Cancellation requests after 72 hours will not be accepted.

3. Returns & Exchanges

  • We operate a no return, no exchange policy, except in cases where:
    • The product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, or
    • The order is not delivered
  • Eligible returns must meet the following conditions:
    • Request must be made within 7 days of order delivery
    • Product must be unused, undamaged, and in saleable condition
  • Return Address:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are only applicable for:
    • Defective, damaged, incorrect, or non-delivered items
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 3–7 working days after inspection of returned goods
  • Refunds will be issued via:
    • Original payment method, or
    • Store credit (at company’s discretion)
  • Customers are solely responsible for all return shipping costs. Return shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Store Credit

  • In eligible cases, refunds may be offered as store credit, which can be used to purchase any item of equal value on our website

6. General Terms

  • All requests (returns, refunds, cancellations) must be submitted through our official communication channels
  • The Company reserves the right to review, verify, and approve all requests
  • This policy is designed in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws of Pakistan
  • Nothing in this policy affects customer rights in cases of:
    • Non-delivery
    • Defective or misrepresented products
